  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at a cool room temperature (for filling)
  • 2 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted (for filling)
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
