  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan with butter and parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together dark brown sugar and unsalted butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the batter is fluffy.
