  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, canola oil, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Fold in the grated carrot, zucchini, and walnuts until evenly mixed.
