  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch glass pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cookie mix with softened butter until crumbly. Press half into the pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the baked crust, layer with the apple mixture, and top with remaining cookie crumbs.
