  • 1 package King's Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3/4 lb pastrami or corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 9 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain sauerkraut well and set aside.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and spread Thousand Island dressing on both sides.
  4. Layer bottom halves with pastrami/corned beef, then sauerkraut and Swiss cheese before placing the top bun back on.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce and crushed garlic; brush over sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
