  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 16 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • Blue mixed berry Jell-O
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Raspberry Jell-O
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread half over cooled crust and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare blue Jell-O with boiling water; let cool before pouring over blueberries on the cream layer. Chill until set (2-4 hours).
  4. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over set Jell-O, chill again for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix raspberry Jell-O with boiling water; allow to cool before pouring over raspberries on the last layer. Chill until fully set (2-4 hours or overnight).
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
