  • 11/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/21 tablespoon 2% or skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 11/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced into 1/4-in cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly if desired.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on a rack.
