  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (28-ounce) can sliced peaches (drained) or fresh peaches (about 3 medium)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Cinnamon and additional sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 10" deep dish pie pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix. Add softened butter, egg, and milk; beat until smooth.
