  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
