  • 2½ cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 6 ounces peach Jello
  • 4 cups fresh peaches (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups ice water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and butter a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ¾ cup sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust evenly.
  5. Dissolve peach Jello in boiling water, then add ice water and diced peaches. Chill until slightly thickened.
  6. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
