  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz) box peach gelatin
  • 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the peach gelatin in boiling water. Stir in chopped peaches and let cool until soft set.
  3. Crush pretzels in a bag using a rolling pin. Mix with melted butter and powdered sugar; press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer; refrigerate until fully set.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
