  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into the prepared baking pan.
