Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  4. Transfer to a wire rack set over paper towels to cool slightly before serving.
