Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 corn on the cob (husked)
  • 1.5 oz unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (or parsley)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut large pieces of aluminum foil to wrap each corn cob.
  2. Remove husks and silk from corn cobs.
  3. Melt butter in a small bowl and combine with garlic powder, salt, paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
  4. Place each corn cob on foil, brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, then wrap tightly.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking. For extra charred flavor, unwrap for the last five minutes.
  6. Let rest briefly before serving; brush with additional garlic butter if desired.
