  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp mint extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Gel food coloring (1 drop green + 1 drop teal)

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, whip the room temperature butter for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add half of the powdered sugar and mix on low until fully combined. Add the remaining powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract, mint extract, and salt. Slowly drizzle in heavy cream while mixing on low speed. Add food coloring to achieve the desired mint green color.
  4. Increase mixer speed to medium and whip for an additional 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
