  • 1 small finely diced shallot
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 to 2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
