  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 5 medium waxy potatoes
  • 1 can white beans
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and cut into half-moons)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa and chop the vegetables (onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes).
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté kielbasa in olive oil until browned; set aside.
  3. In the same pot, cook onion, garlic, and carrots until soft.
  4. Add potatoes, white beans, paprika, marjoram; pour in chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and return kielbasa to the pot; adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve warm garnished with fresh herbs.
