  2. Add melted butter and milk; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually stir in flour and salt until a dough forms; add more flour if sticky.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough, divide into 8 pieces, shape into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
