  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs in the honey BBQ mixture and place in a baking dish.
