  • 16 oz Barilla Protein+ pasta
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 oz feta cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the cucumber, dicing the bell peppers, slicing the red onion, and halving the tomatoes.
  2. Cook the Barilla Protein+ pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 9-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with prepared vegetables. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.
