  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 3 cm cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece dried bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
