  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Prepare the pesto by blending walnuts and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped. Add basil, spinach, and olive oil, blending until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
