  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef by mixing ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and Beef slices in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
