  • 1 pound baby potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Cut a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 inches long). Place potato pieces in the center, followed by sliced onions and cubed steak on top.

  5. Fold the foil tightly to seal and create a packet.
  6. Cook on the grill for about 25 minutes or bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
