  • 2 1/23 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in funfetti sprinkles gently until mixed.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets with space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
  7. For frosting, mix softened butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Once cookies cool completely, sandwich frosting between two cookies.
