  • 2 tbsp lime juice (divided)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions
