  • ¼ cup hot chili sauce (like sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • Fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper)
  • Optional: mayonnaise or yogurt-based sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together hot chili sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water in another bowl to create a slurry.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook sliced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the prepared sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes before mixing in the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
  5. Prepare fresh vegetables while the chicken cooks.
  6. Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
  7. Assemble wraps with mayo (if desired), lettuce, veggies, and cooked chicken; roll tightly.
