  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Broth or Stock
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Cilantro or Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat; add chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add ground beef, stirring until browned (approximately 5 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in garlic and ginger; sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and garam masala; cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and broth; season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Adjust consistency with water if necessary.
