  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Sear the seasoned beef on all sides in a skillet until browned. Transfer to the Crockpot.
  3. Mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the beef in the Crockpot.
