  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into strips.
