  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
