  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup large basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
