  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled and cut potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15–20 minutes). Drain, mash with butter and milk, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning. Sear shrimp in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through; remove.
  4. For the garlic cream sauce, sauté minced garlic in butter, then stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Return shrimp and salmon to skillet; coat in sauce for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Blanch green beans in salted water for 3–4 minutes; drain. Sauté with butter and garlic until caramelized.
  7. Plate mashed potatoes topped with seafood and sauce; serve sautéed green beans on the side.
