  • 12 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in a pot of water for 11 minutes. Then transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs, slice them in half, and remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add chopped celery and green onion to the yolks along with mayonnaise, Creole mustard, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce.
  4. Mash and mix until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Fill egg whites with the mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
