  • 1 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt (split)
  • 1 tsp. pepper (split)
  • minced fresh herbs such as chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Mince garlic and onion; shred the cabbage.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
