  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Andes baking chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil, leaving some overhang.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for one minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Stir in Baileys and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with Andes baking chips; gently press them in.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours until firm.
