  • 12 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 cups Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and Parmesan in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cook diced bacon in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until crispy (about 10-12 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a trifle dish or casserole dish, layer the ingredients in this order: chopped Iceberg lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, thawed peas.
  4. Spread the dressing evenly over the peas and top with grated Cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.
