  • 1 large red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil until combined.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
