  • 2 (28 oz.) cans fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 8 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • Fresh baby spinach (optional)
  • Toppings: Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese

Instructions
