Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour (or flour of choice)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 batch teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, nondairy milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Set up a dipping station with the cauliflower florets, dipping sauce mixture, Panko breadcrumbs, and a lined baking tray.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place coated wings on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Toss baked wings in teriyaki sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with garnishes like sesame seeds or green onions.
