  • 1 large egg
  • 3 ½ cups bread flour
  • For Cinnamon Honey Butter: ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened), 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast: Combine warmed water with 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mix warmed milk, melted butter, remaining sugar, salt, and egg. Stir in activated yeast.
  3. Add Flour: Gradually add bread flour until well combined. Knead until smooth and elastic.
