  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ground beef
  • Ground turkey or chicken
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Spinach
  • Eggs
  • Bell peppers
  • Garlic powder
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced bell peppers until soft, then add ground beef and turkey, cooking until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and seasonings; let simmer.
