  • 34 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla to the butter mixture; mix well.
  4. Combine wet ingredients (milk, sour cream, lemon juice) and add alternately with dry ingredients to the batter until just combined.
