  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, brown the unsalted butter over medium heat until golden and fragrant; let cool.
  3. Pulse oats in a food processor until finely crumbled.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
