  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in spinach.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish lined with marinara sauce.
  5. Pour remaining marinara over the shells and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
