  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve one cup of pasta water.

  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce; toss well to coat. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
