  • 1 cup date sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted with 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped
  • Pinch salt
  • 2.5 cups organic powdered sugar
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flax milk (or other plant milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Proof the yeast in warm water until foamy.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk together.
  3. Mix wet ingredients with dry until a soft dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rise covered in a warm area for about an hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted chocolate filling evenly.
  7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the filling and roll into a log.
  8. Slice the log into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
