  • 1 cup Milk (warmed to 110℉)
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active rise yeast (11 grams whole packet)
  • 2 Large eggs (room temperature lightly beaten)
  • 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 10 TBSP Unsalted butter (cubed room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 TBSP Ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped chocolate (Two 4oz chocolate bars)
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (1 packet)
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallows crème (1 tub)
  • 2 TBSP Water

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to 110℉ and mix with yeast; let sit until bubbly.
  2. Combine yeast mixture with eggs, salt, sugar, flour, and cubed butter. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread a filling made from butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs over it.
  5. Roll tightly and cut into equal pieces; let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350℉ for 23 minutes until golden.
  7. Top with mixed vegan marshmallow crème while warm.
