  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the turkey breast thoroughly. Place it on a cutting board.
  2. Mix garlic powder, dried basil, ground sage, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Generously rub this mixture over the turkey.
