  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Cut potatoes into quarters.
